Single men & women go through several rounds of fast, fun, mini dates. Turn in match sheets to see who connects. Less swiping, more dating!
- Buy a ticket and you're automatically added to the guest list - mark your calendar.
- Dress casual: informal, relaxed attire that's still polished. Most people are coming straight from work. Similar to what you'd wear to an after work happy hour, be yourself and comfortable.
- Allow enough time to find the location and park.
- Show up a few minutes early and look for our friendly Event Host, Alana, to welcome you. Tell us your name and we'll check you in.
- Grab a drink & wait for the fun to begin. We'll tell you where to sit and give instructions.
- When we start, you'll talk to five to ten singles of the opposite gender, one-at-a-time in a series of 6-minute "dates". We make the number of men and women as equal as possible. We'll facilitate so you'll meet everyone. Talk about whatever you like, but keep it light & friendly. We do have prompt sheets if you get too nervous to think of what to ask...but generally keep it fun and casual...remember your just making 'friends'!
- After you meet each person, circle who you’d like to speak with again and they'll do the same.
- Take notes about each person (red hair, yellow shirt, went to UVA, likes Italian food, etc) so you can remember who's who when you receive your matches. TAKE A PIC OF YOUR SHEET, then hand it to the Host.
- Within 24-hours of the end of the event we'll email you the results.
- Any person 'you circle' will receive YOUR email letting them know you want to connect further. We DO NOT share phone numbers or last names - we leave that to you.
- You might have one or more matches, but it's not about quantity it's about quality.
- No matches means you get to come back and do it again with a whole new set of faces.
