WHAT TO EXPECT
- A gentle, unhurried morning of prayer, reflection, compassionate connection, worship, and aligned community. Guest words of encouragement from select spiritual leaders
- Caregivers are welcomed to bring loved ones being cared for if they are not in need of added care support beyond their family caregiver. For this event there will not be professiona caregiver support.
- A ministry of presence — not performance or pressure
- Safe space to surrender emotional, spiritual, and relational burdens
- The 2nd hour will include formation circles where caregivers will have safe spaces for reflective exercises to process grief, loneliness, burnout and other emotions safely. This is not therapy but supportive time. During this time groups can present questions publically for brief insight and discussion that can benefit the whole group.
- A community of people who see you, honor you, and stand with you
