Our chef is crafting a tasting menu based off the concept, "Mar y Maiz" or Sea & Maize (Corn), with full access to the pantries, and fridges of all of Chiguacle's restaurant concepts. Limited details of the developing menu will be released out of respect of the chef's creative process.
