Long Island cook and food historian Diane Fish will demonstrate and prepare colonial delights for you to try! Get ready to eat like its 1776! Food prepared will include:Citron Pound CakeChicken the French WayRoots ala CremeFritters in the Italian Fashion Queens Historical Society at Kingsland Homestead 143-35 37th Avenue Parsons Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11354Admission is $15 for Non-members and $10 for members, veterans and seniors.
