From Pavement to Plaza: Learn about the North Loop Green- Part 2
Join us on Oct 2 in-person: 1-hr guided site visit exploring new spaces including the Green, discussion & staff Q&A. Box lunch provided.
APA-MN, in partnership with APA National Transportation Planning Division, is hosting a comprehensive two-part hybrid educational event focusing on the Minneapolis North Loop Green public space pilot project. This exciting effort is a pioneering example of a public-private partnership, bringing together state officials, city planners, and a private developer. Located under the I‑94 ramps in MnDOT right-of-way, staff from MnDOT and the private sector partnered to transform vacant, underused infrastructure into a vibrant public space.
PART 2:
Join us on Friday, October 2nd for a one-hour guided site visit and interactive discussion exploring the new spaces, including the Green, with knowledgeable staff on hand for questions. Box lunch provided.
