Intentionally planned for the first of the month, this virtual group reiki session is intended to create a moment of zen together.

Join me for Light &amp; Sable Healing's Collective Unwind: A Virtual Reiki Group Session! Hosted with the intention of bringing people to connect, to receive and to just be... together. All too often, healing is sold to us as an individual experience when healing deserves to be felt, held and encouraged by our communities. Let us all hold each other in the moments of lightness, darkness, zen and otherwise. Let our healing be a ripple effect. Indulge in a 45 minute virtual reiki session, where your only requirement is to be open. Feel free to keep your cameras off during the zoom as I hope that you can take the hour session of reiki to meditate, connect with self, be open, receive, and journal if you so choose.Tickets are donation based, so give what you can, with no pressure at all!The general flow of this event will appear as follows:7:00- Event Begins7:00-7:05- Welcome, Overview, Intro(Feel free to keep your cameras off during the zoom as I hope that you can take the 40 minute session of reiki to meditate, connect with self, be open, receive, and journal if you so choose)7:05:-8:00 Reiki ( I will provide music via zoom to create a complete immersive experience for the group to just enjoy without concern for keeping time)8:00-8:30- Debrief, Questions and Close Out*Please note that if you have any questions, comments, concerns, I will hang out after the zoom to chat and connect or my contact details will be provided, so you can reach me!My email is lightandsablehealing@gmail.com, DM on IG: Lightandsablehealing
