Meet at the starting point

Begin the walk/run (move at your own pace)
We will walk the trail/park, chat and get to know each other. The plan is to allow anyone comfortable enough to do so to run if they'd like or keep up with a walking pace that suits them. We may engage in light stretching before and after the walk to ensure our bodies are warmed up and ready!

Networking and chat
Once the workout portion is done we can all regroup and network for the final 30 minutes. This will also allow some "cool down" time.
