You should not need professional styling experience to create a neat ponytail, complete a simple braid or confidently care for your child’s hair.
Beer & Braids is a relaxed, beginner-friendly class for parents, grandparents, guardians, foster parents and other caregivers who want practical hair care and styling skills they can use at home.
No previous experience is required. We start with the basics and guide you step by step.
During this 90-minute hands-on workshop, you will practice on a mannequin while learning:
• How to brush and detangle gently
• How to section and prepare the hair
• How to create a smooth, secure ponytail
• How to complete a simple beginner-friendly braid style
• How much product to use and when to use it
• Which basic tools and products are actually helpful
• How to protect the hair and make everyday styling easier
