Create unique intaglio and relief prints with upcycled Tetra Pak cartons!
Workshop Location: SCRAP, 141 Industrial St #1, San Francisco
Workshop Description
Using recycled Tetra Pak (foil lined) milk cartons, we will transform this ordinary object destined for your recycling bin into printmaking plates. In this introductory class, you will learn how to prepare, ink, and make prints using tools found in a kitchen. We can make complex or abstract mini prints while experimenting with the Tetra Pak cartons. Participants will leave with handprinted mini prints and repurposed plates for many uses.
No printing experience required and all materials will be provided!
