In-Person Class: Bao Buns Masterclass(NYC)

There's a reason why Bao Buns are trending! Their pillow soft texture and versatility for so many different filling options make them the perfect recipe to master in your next cooking class.

Learn to make dough from scratch and allow it to prove while you make your filling of choice. We will have 2 mouthwatering filling options available for you to choose from: Shiitake & Bok Choy and Pork with Cabbage, which you'll prepare while perfecting your knife skills. Trust us when we say, these flavors will blow you away! We like to keep things moving as there's lots to do! Once rested, you will shape and steam your dough until it forms the perfect pillowy shape and texture.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group.
