In-Person Class: Handmade Pizza Date Night NYC)

Be transported to the streets of Napoli as you learn how to master the art of Pizza making!

In this fun and interactive class you will learn how to master the impressive skill of making a classic pizza from scratch. Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make dough from scratch, how to choose the right flour, basic kneading techniques and how to achieve that perfect pie crust. We will dress our pizzas with some tasty toppings before digging into a delicious slice.

Guests will make their own dough to take home with them following the class and will use a pre-rested dough to make and eat during the class experience. Guests will make one 16" pie to share between two guests and one dough of the equivalent amount to take home.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
