Acu-Sound: Acupuncture + Sound HealingExperience the powerful combination of acupuncture and sound healing in one deeply restorative journey designed to help you slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself.Your experience will begin with acupuncture by Debrah Santi, L.Ac., Licensed Acupuncturist, using carefully selected points to encourage relaxation, energetic balance, and grounding. Once the needles are placed, you’ll settle comfortably into stillness as the sound bath begins.For the next hour, Certified Sound Healer Ashley Shoemaker will guide you through an immersive sound journey using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments. Sound and vibration invite the mind to quiet, the body to soften, and the nervous system to shift away from the busyness of everyday life.Together, acupuncture and sound create a unique sensory experience that may support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, reduced stress and tension, energetic balance, deeper meditation, and an overall sense of restoration and well-being.No previous experience with acupuncture, meditation, or sound healing is needed. What will happen in the ceremony?• 4:00 – 4:10 Arriving, settling into your spot, meeting other attendees &amp; journaling• 4:10 – 4:20 Explanation of acupuncture &amp; sound vibration working in our favor• 4:20 – 4:30 Four Directions ceremony &amp; setting our intentions &amp; acupuncture needles being placed• 4:30- 5:30 Deep emersion into Sound Bath• 5:30 – 6:00 Burning our manifestations and releasing our intentions into the cosmos• 6:00 Sharing your experience (optional) and Meeting your fellow New Moon Manifesties, Q &amp; A with Ashley Investment: $ 65 * Forms of payment accepted at check in or before the event:Cash or Venmo @Ashley-Shoemaker-24 * Please Advise: In order to maximize the tranquil flow of energy please arrive at check-in before 4:10pm to participate in the event and be respectful to other attendees :)Please bring the highly recommended items to heighten your comfort and experience.Highly Recommended:**Sleeping pad (camping pad works best)**, blankets, eyes mask/shade, small neck pillow(airplane pillows work best), yoga mat, and water. Journal or journaling paper and pencil/pen.*Blankets and pillows are available, but there aren’t quite enough for everyone—so please bring your own if you can!
