For the Mamas

For the Mamas

Overview

A brunch to mingle, connect & share your experience of being a mama

Postpartum is no joke, and no mama should have to navigate it alone.

This September, during Suicide Prevention Month, Flower Girls Meet is bringing the mamas together for an intimate brunch centered on postpartum mental health, rest, connection, and honest conversation!

We're bringing together an amazing group of women to help guide the experience:

Kassie Leachman, a Chicago-based certified full-spectrum doula and childbirth educator known for her calm approach.

Coniah Adebayo of The Helpful Habit, whose work centers rest as an essential part of wellness.

Carina Lane of Flourish Counseling & Wellness, a perinatal mental health practice.

Your ticket includes brunch, guided conversation, helpful resources, and a thoughtfully curated experience created with mamas in mind.

Currently postpartum? Pregnant? Thinking about starting your pregnancy journey? There’s a seat for you at the table. Come as you are, connect with other women, and leave feeling a little more supported and a lot less alone.
