FIU Dundas Studio Recital - Mélodies d’Automne
Mélodies d’Automne celebrates the beauty of French art song with works by Fauré, Debussy, Poulenc, and more.
Step into the golden glow of autumn through the enchanting world of French art song. Featuring selections by Fauré, Debussy, Duparc, Chausson, Hahn, Poulenc, and others, this intimate recital weaves together poetry, passion, nostalgia, and dreamlike beauty. From shimmering twilight landscapes to tender reflections on love and memory, Mélodies d’Automne celebrates the season's rich colors and quiet magic through some of France’s most beloved “melodies.” Join us for an afternoon of elegance, warmth, and musical storytelling, presented by singers from the voice studio of Prof. Robert B. Dundas and accompanied by pianist Masami Miyazaki.
