Palmyra Theatre Gold Star Theater Camp 2027

Join the staff and students of Palmyra High School’s Musical for a fun week of theater camp. There are multiple tracks for camp. so, please be sure to select the correct option.

• Elementary Track: This camp is for students who will complete 1st-5th grade by June 2027!
• Middle School Track: This camp if for students who will complete 6th through 8th grade by June 2027 or by special permission of the director.
• Tech Track: This camp for middle school and High School students who will complete 6th through 10th grade by June 2027. They will explore the technical ends of production including beginning lighting, audio, set, costuming, and publicity needs.

Together, we’ll learn more about acting, singing, dancing, and stagecraft through daily lessons, activities, and rehearsals.

• Elementary Camp & Tech Track: Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
• Middle School Track: Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

The week will culminate with a free show on Friday at NOON! After spending the entire week learning lines and songs, rehearsing scenes, and developing an appreciation for stagecraft, this show will allow you to see all of your student’s hard work.

Important notes:

• Camp this year will be held at the Palmyra Area High School, 1125 Park Drive. Please enter through the auditorium entrance.
• Camp tuition is $175 for the elementary track and $195 for the middle/high school tracks. It must be paid in full at the time of registration.
• Campers must be dropped off no earlier than 8:45 a.m. and picked-up no later than 2 p.m. for Elementary and Tech Track Students, and 3 p.m. for Middle School Performance Students.
• Refund requests cannot be considered after 30 days before camp start date.

What to bring:

• Lunch and snack that does not need refrigeration or re-heating.
• A water bottle that can be refilled throughout the day.

What to wear:

• Campers should wear a t-shirt and shorts.
• Shoes should either be dance shoes or sneakers secured with laces or velcro. No flip-flops, sandals, or shoes with slippery soles.
