Join us for an intimate, soul-soothing evening at the historic Folger Home in Avon Lake. Nestled right on the tranquil shores of Lake Erie🌊, this event is designed to help you release the stress of the week and reconnect with your inner calm. 🌅

As the sun begins to set over the water, we will guide you through a series of restorative practices curated to nourish your body and mind. 🕯️

The Experience🕊️

• 6:00 - 6:30 PM | Arrival & Grounding: Settle into the space with an optional hands-on massage to melt away initial tension.🤲

• 6:30 - 7:15 PM | Yin Yoga Practice: A slow-paced, meditative flow focused on deep stretching and breath.🧘‍♀️

• 7:30 - 8:15 PM | Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and gongs.🥣🎶

• 8:30 - 9:00 PM | Lakeside Journaling: We conclude the night with quiet reflection and journaling by the lake, soaking in the views and the peace of the evening. 📝🐚
