Black Secure Attachment For Empowerment: The Foundation
This seminar is designed to guide parents/caregivers on a journey to cultivate and/or repair healthy parent-child relationships.
BSAFE (Black Secure Attachment for Empowerment) is a workshop series that walks Black caregivers through building or repairing secure, healthy relationships with their children, stage by stage, from before birth through the launch into adulthood.
Prenatal and Infancy
Before our babies take their first breath, they're already learning what love feels like. This workshop walks parents through the prenatal and infancy stage, exploring how the routines and soothing we offer in these early days become the foundation for our children's sense of safety and connection. Useful whether you're expecting, in the early months with your baby, or looking back on this stage with new understanding.
