Join us for a virtual death café. We will introduce the idea of a death café and explore ideas/beliefs around death, open to new/all perspectives. There is no set topic - the conversation flows based on what attendees wish to discuss.The intent of this café is to cultivate an appreciation of life and the time we have been gifted. The idea is that becoming more comfortable with death and de-stigmatizing it, we can become less fearful and live fuller, more appreciative lives.You will not be expected to share during the meeting. This is a safe space, open to all religions/spiritual perspectives.Size is limited so please register early. Please note that participants are required to have their cameras on to participate in group. "Doors" close 5 minutes after our start time.Preregistration is required, and registration closes 2 days prior to the event for event planning (minimum of 2 people are needed to run the event).Donations/reciprocity to honor time are welcome on venmo @ignitewellbeing (Allison Mitch)Please note that beginning in May 2023, we will monitor no-shows. If a person has ordered a ticket and not cancelled their ticket prior to the event and has done this two times over 6 months, we will ask that the person refrain from registering for future events with us. This is for several reasons, including keeping tickets available to those that can make it and assisting the facilitator in managing their time (that was set aside from paid work to be available for this event). We love our community and wish to receive that love (in the form of time management) back.We are looking forward to sharing space with you.
