Heitz Cellar Wine Dinner

Founded in 1961 by Joe and Alice Heitz, Heitz Cellar is one of Napa Valley’s pioneering wineries and a defining name in the region’s history of world-class Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate is perhaps best known for Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, first produced in 1966 and among Napa Valley’s earliest and most celebrated single-vineyard Cabernets. Throughout its history, Heitz has championed wines of balance, freshness, and age-worthiness, favoring classic structure and finesse over sheer power. Today, under the stewardship of the Lawrence family, the estate continues to organically farm its historic vineyards while honoring the traditional winemaking philosophy that established Heitz Cellar as a benchmark of Napa Valley excellence.
