The Tennessee Caregiver Coalition invites your organization to participate in our annual Caregiver Expo, a special event dedicated to celebrating and supporting caregivers across Tennessee.

This event offers a meaningful space for caregivers to relax, recharge, and reconnect—with access to free respite care during the event so they can fully engage.

As an organization that serves or supports caregivers, your presence is an important part of the day. We’re offering sponsor opportunities and vendor tables where you can connect directly with caregivers, share your programs and services, and build relationships with those who need your support most.

Whether you provide health services, family support, advocacy, financial tools, or community programs—this is a great opportunity to raise awareness and be part of a community committed to honoring caregivers.

Premier Sponsor — $2,500

Our highest level of support and visibility

Premier Sponsors receive:

• Premier Sponsor recognition as a leading supporter of the 2026 Caregiver Expo
• Organization name and logo prominently featured on event promotional materials, website/event communications, and signage, as applicable
• Prominent logo placement at the event

Vendor Partner

Organizations that would like to participate without sponsorship may register for a vendor table:

• Nonprofit Rate: $50
• Standard Rate: $150
• Connect directly with caregivers and families
• Share information about your programs, services, and resources
• Bring brochures, flyers, giveaways, and other materials
• Build relationships with caregivers and fellow community organizations
• One complimentary registration for an organization representative
• Complimentary vendor 6 ft table
  

Deadline to Register: December 1, 2026

Set-up details and additional logistics will be provided closer to the event date. You're welcome to bring brochures, flyers, giveaways, and anything that helps caregivers better understand the resources you offer.
