District 7780 Foundation Celebration 2026

Join our Rotary District 7780 Foundation Celebration honoring Veterans, Paul Harris Fellows, service, plus a patriotic USA250 salute!
Saturday, October 17th, join us in the giant Port City Air aircraft hangar in Portsmouth for an afternoon celebrating an array of District 7780 Foundation activities!

Doors open at 1pm, so park, check in, and enjoy tasty treats and good fellowship.
Our event starts at 2pm sharp, ending at 4pm!
Our Foundation team brought together District Designated Funds combined with club and individual contributions that will provide specially trained companion dogs to Veterans.
We’ll hear from special guest speakers on veterans, mental health initiatives, and an array of associated topics:
• Mike Merrill, Dir. of Homeless Services, Volunteers of America New England
• Bill Merchant, Co-owner, Revolution Fitness - Health and mental resiliance
• Laura Barker, Founder, Hero Pups, Stratham, NH
• Mike McGovern, Global Polio Eradication Initiative Oversight Board / World Polio Day
• Marty Helman, Rotary Director, Zones 28 & #32
We will also be honoring veterans and community members with Paul Harris Fellow recognition. To complete the day, it's a full group participation moment, as we will hold 250 American flags for a beautiful tribute photo for USA250 and veterans!
Tasty afternoon treats, music, fellowship all in a powerhouse two-hour gathering!
Online Tickets/Registration are just $20, plus card fee.
