Brushpen Calligraphy 101 Workshop

About this class:

Have you ever wanted to learn beautiful hand lettering but didn’t know where to start? Join us for a fun and beginner-friendly Modern Brushpen Calligraphy Workshop where you’ll learn the basics of brushpen calligraphy step by step, no prior experience needed!

We’ll cover essential techniques including proper pen grip, pressure control, basic strokes, lowercase and uppercase letters, and connecting letters to create beautiful words.

This is a hands-on experience designed for beginners, so come ready to slow down, get creative, and discover the joy of lettering!

All The Details:

Age Level: 12+

Skill Level: Beginner — No experience necessary

Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours

Materials: All necessary supplies and materials will be provided for use during the workshop, including brushpens and practice materials.

Take-Home: Each participant will receive materials to continue practicing at home and will create a final calligraphy piece to take with them.

Price: Price is per person. A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the workshop.

Please note that this is a hands-on workshop and may run slightly over or under the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:

Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
