FROLICK WITH THE FEMMES 5k | Southern Decadence 2026

Where the Femmes Frolick presents: Frolick With the Femmes 5K — an all-paces, all-femme 5K through the heart of New Orleans during Southern Decadence.

This is your invitation to start your Decadence with intention and see where your finish line ends ;)

Bringing women of all walks of life...sapphics, queer women, trans women, and women allies TOGETHER to frolick & SHINE through the Quarter — in anything BUT workout wear!

Meet at 8:45 AM at Wifey's (1943 N Rampart)

5K begins at 9:00 AM (All paces welcome)

5K goal: complete within 2 hours

Complimentary yoga class at 11:00 AM

"ANYTHING BUT WORKOUT WEAR"

Come dressed to express yourself. in your Decadence fantasy — whatever makes you feel like YOU.

We’re taking over the Quarter with femme energy and making our presence known.

YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

• Hydration station along the route

• Complimentary yoga at 11 AM for participants who complete the 5K
