Infant massage soothes, supports sleep & digestion, and strengthens bonding through gentle, nurturing touch for you and your baby.

Infant massage is a gentle, nurturing practice that supports your baby’s physical and emotional well-being. Through soothing touch, it can help improve sleep, ease digestion, relieve discomfort from gas or colic, and strengthen the bond between you and your baby. Each session is calm, baby-led, and designed to help both parent and child feel more relaxed, connected, and confident.

This class is for infants under 12 months of age and caregivers. This is a hands on class.

Items to bring socks and comfy clothes.
