2026 WAEYC Conference Registration

WAEYC is excited to announce that the 50thAnnual Conference will be hosted at South Seattle Community College! The event will be held over two days October 16-17, 2026. This event will include over 2 keynote sessions, over 50 breakout sessions, 5 languages and a evening reception to celebrate!

WAEYC Members and Groups of 6 or more receive special discounted pricing, there are limited student scholarships available. Please visit www.waeyc.org for more information or email amandacardwell@frontier.com for questions about registration.

You may earn clock hours or STARS hours for your participation in this event.

SCHOLARSHIPS: WAEYC may have available resources to support attendees who need help covering their registration costs. Please email waeyc@waeyc.org to see if you qualify for funding support.

REMEMBER

Eligible participants may get reimbursed up to $250 for participation in the WAEYC conference through MERIT. For more information visit https://www.dcyf.wa.gov/services/earlylearning-profdev/merit/training.

In addition, there are a limited number of scholarships available for students who are currently enrolled in an ECE program at Washington state Colleges or Universities.
