2001: An Odyssey Into the Deep
An operatic aquatic retelling of the classic film casting HAL, the nearly sentient AI as an apocalyptic harbinger of human folly
Blending horror, live music, videography, physical storytelling, and water-based performance, 2001 transforms a classic American narrative into an immersive, site-specific spectacle. The show features a live soundtrack from the local New Orleans band, Kissing Disease.
