⚠️ Weather & Availability Note: We plan to be on the rooftop, but DC weather and occasional private event bookings can shift things. If the rooftop is unavailable on the night of the event, we'll move downstairs to the Hive Bar in the main lobby — same great crowd, same great vibes, just with a cozy fireplace instead of city views. Keep an eye out for any last-minute updates!

If you're driving, Hotel Hive has partnered with Columbia Plaza Parking, a garage located diagonally across the street at 2400 Virginia Avenue NW, with parking available for approximately $24/day. We recommend reserving your spot in advance, especially on weeknights.

The crown jewel is the Hive Rooftop — an all-season rooftop outfitted with a canopy and curtains, open daily from 3–10pm, delivering panoramic views of the DC skyline and the Lincoln Memorial alongside a buzzing atmosphere that's perfect for conversation and connection. On nights when the rooftop is unavailable, the Hive Bar on the main floor steps in with craft cocktails, a cozy fireplace, and the same welcoming energy that makes Hotel Hive feel like anything but a typical networking venue.
