Two days at a private venue on Long Island — Saturday and Sunday, eleven to four each day. Ten hours of focused work, one evening in between, and a plan that is finished when you leave rather than started.

What happens

Saturday — the real diagnosis, then the build. Not the version you tell at networking events. What is actually working, what is actually broken, and what you have been avoiding. Then we start constructing the next ninety days: revenue targets, offers, calendar, and the specific decisions with dates attached.

Saturday evening — the table. We eat together, and have a structured conversation about the parts of building something nobody puts on LinkedIn. The financial fear. The relationships it strains. The identity question underneath the business question. This is a compassionate, non-judgmental, non-violent space by design — nobody is performing, nobody is pitching, nobody is being fixed.

We hold this seriously. It is not clinical care and does not replace it. It is what happens when people stop pretending for one evening.

Your 1:1. Dedicated one-to-one coaching time inside the two days — not a queue at a break. A scheduled session on your actual business.

Sunday — stress-test and commit. You finish the plan, then present it to a small group. They try to break it. You fix what breaks. Then you commit it out loud, to people who will still be in touch in March.

AI runs underneath all of it. Every plan built here gets its AI leverage layer designed in from the start rather than bolted on later — and every point where a human must stay in the loop is marked explicitly on your plan. Human capability is the product. AI is how we get more of it.

Two ways to book — read this before you choose

The Immersion Seat — $999. Both days, all ten hours, your 1:1 coaching session, the Saturday evening table, your digital toolkit, and the 90-day check-in. Meals and accommodation are your own. For anyone local, or who would rather arrange their own room.

The Immersion Seat with Hotel & Board — $1,399. Everything above, plus one night’s accommodation at the venue, all meals across the two days including the Saturday dinner, and the on-site logistics of staying over.

The difference is about $400, and we will say plainly what it covers: your room, your food, and the logistics of hosting you overnight. It is passed straight through — it is not margin. We offer it because arriving in December without having to sort out a hotel is worth something.

You are welcome at the Saturday evening table on either seat. It is part of the programme, not part of the catering. On the $999 seat your dinner is simply on your own tab — the same way lunch works on our Manhattan days.

Take the $999 if you are local, or you would rather book your own room.
Take the $1,399 if you are travelling, or you want the entire weekend without logistics headache.

Neither seat gets more of the programme than the other. The work is identical.

Who this room is for

Anyone ready to be honest about where they actually are. You do not need to be further along than anyone else. You need to be willing to stop performing for two days.

Nothing is withheld to sell you something else. Two days is the most time we spend with anyone, and everything we have goes into it.

• A private venue in Long Island, New York. Exact address confirmed to ticket holders four weeks ahead.
• Saturday 19 December, 2026, 11:00am – 4:00pm. Sunday 20 December, 2026 from 10:30am – 3:30pm.
• Travel to and from Long Island is not included in either seat.
• Bring your own laptop. We do not supply devices.
• All digital support provided — playbooks, workbooks, playbook companion and play/experiment cards.
• Tell us about dietary needs, accessibility, or anything else at booking. We will handle it.
