Sacred Sensuality Series | Women's Somatic Embodiment Circle
A softly guided women’s workshop for those longing to feel more connected to their body, pleasure, confidence, and emotional well-being.
This intimate women’s circle is designed for a single-session drop-in OR, for those craving deeper connection to their most authentic selves, sessions are structured to promote transformational healing and growth, building on each week's workshop from September '26 - April 27'.
A deeply nourishing group experience is rooted in the four signature pillars of my work: soma, s3xuality, spirituality, and science await you...
Hosted in a warm, supportive downtown setting, the Sacred Sensuality Session Series blends somatic healing practices, nervous system education, breathwork, guided movement, reflective journaling, and honest conversation to create a space where women can soften, reconnect, and feel fully alive again.
Each session blends trauma-informed guidance with real-world practices you can integrate into daily life, helping you feel more grounded, expressive, sensual, and wildly alive.
This is not a performance-based wellness event or surface-level self-care workshop. It is a grounded and deeply nourishing experience for women navigating stress, burnout, motherhood, relationship challenges, body disconnection, shame, intimacy struggles, or the quiet feeling that they have lost touch with themselves somewhere along the way.
You do not need to be “experienced” in somatics, spirituality, or s3xuality work to attend. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to reconnect with yourself are enough.
Perfect for women who are ready to:
- Reconnect with their body and sensuality
- Release shame and emotional tension
- Regulate the nervous system
- Explore intimacy and desire in a healthy way
- Build confidence and self-worth
- Experience meaningful community with other women
- Slow down, breathe, and finally exhale
- Stop surviving on autopilot
- Begin cultivating a connected and felt sense of a pleasure-centered life
Limited seating available to preserve intimacy and emotional safety within the circle.
These circles offer a gentle entry point into the transformational embodied practices and relational healing work explored more deeply within Dovie’s private practice & her personalized 1:1 supportive programs.
