What to Expect:

Begin the evening with a welcome pour of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label alongside coastal-inspired bites, then explore a curated caviar tasting featuring Beluga, Osetra Gold, and Smoked Trout Roe. Throughout the event, guests will enjoy thoughtfully paired Champagne and rosé tastings while learning from culinary and beverage experts.

As the sun sets, Executive Chef Mike Orozco will lead a hands-on oyster shucking experience featuring East Coast, Gulf Coast, and Matagorda oysters, sharing preparation techniques, tasting notes, and expert tips.
