Why is the ticket price so high?

The cost of the ticket includes the ticket fees, the book plus taxes, and $5 towards the beverages and snacks.

How can we sell the book at 10 pm MDT?

Macmillian decided that bookstores can sell the book when it is midnight on the Eastern coast or 12 am EDT, which means, Macdonald Book Shop can officially release the book at 10pm MDT.
