Core in Context: Criminal Law

Join the Henderson Center for an overview of 1L Criminal Law that situates the course’s topics in a broader context of efforts to promote social justice. In particular, we’ll attend to the ways that criminal law enforcement affects people who are differently situated and people who are members of historically subordinated groups.

Jonathan Glater is a Professor of Law at UC Berkeley whose research focuses on how law affects access to education, especially higher education. He also serves as a faculty director of the Center on Consumer Law and Economic Justice and co-directs the Student Loan Law Initiative.

Lunch will be served inside of Room 170 starting at 12:50 PM. RSVPs will be prioritized. This event is open to all.
