There is a public free and paid street parking around the venue. We recommend arriving early to claim a space or using the metro or a ride share service for the smoothest experience. The King Street Metro station is just about a 10 minute walk away.

What should I wear?

For this experience, our color palette is reds and creams for a cohesive aesthetic, but your comfort comes first. Wear whatever you feel best moving in.

Do I need Pilates experience?

Not at all! This class is beginner-friendly, with intermediate modifications available for those looking for an extra challenge.

What should I bring?

We provide mats, water, light snacks, and our partner, Goodies, is providing frozen custard. Bring sunscreen and additional water if you'd like.

Absolutely! We encourage you to capture moments throughout the experience. There will be opportunities before and after class.

Can I bring a guest, pet or child?

This event is designed for registered attendees only. To create a safe, focused, and relaxing experience for everyone, children and pets are not permitted.

What if it rains?

In the event of light rain, the experience will continue as planned. Should severe weather make the event unsafe or impractical, a rain date will be scheduled and communicated to attendees.
