Roman Pasta-Making Class with Chef Edward Strojan
Join us for a fun and interactive Roman pasta-making class featuring antipasto, two handmade pastas and sauces, dessert, and wine pairing!

Chef Edward Strojan invites you to attend his special Roman pasta-making class at Calandrino's Old City Vino in Philadelphia.
In this hands-on experience, guests will learn how to make two of Chef Ed's favorite Roman pasta dishes from scratch (Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana) that can be recreated at home with confidence. Steve Calandrino will be pouring wines imported from Italy and maybe even some house-made limoncello.
Bring your appetite, guests will enjoy delicious food from start to finish!
What’s On The Menu:
- To Start: Homemade focaccia and antipasto
- Main Course: Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana, handmade in-class
- Dessert: Homemade tiramisu
- Beverages: Wine pairing included
In This Class Guests Will:
- Learn the dough-to-plate process of creating pastas and sauces from scratch
- Learn about the history of featured pasta shapes
- Get hands-on experience making various pasta shapes, which will be cooked and served during class
- Hear Chef Ed’s favorite tips and tricks for making authentic dishes at home
- Receive info and recipe packets for guests to take home
