Join Our New York Baking Class!

Bring a taste of New York into your own kitchen! Learn to bake some of the city’s most beloved bakery classics in a charming historic colonial home in Connecticut. The menu features Bagels, Bialys, Pretzels, Berry Crumb Cake, and Chocolate Babka.

You’ll prepare, bake, and enjoy everything the same day, with recipes provided to recreate at home.

Enjoy complimentary tea, snacks, water, and free parking. A light lunch will also be served.

Led by Southbury native Ian Chin, who worked in the some of the best bakeries in New York City, Connecticut, and Indonesia and has been in the culinary field since 2012. Come hungry and get a taste of New York baking right here in Connecticut!
