Anyone who’s curious to try out yoga without commitment. Or simply wants to take time to reconnect with themselves and focus on their wellbeing without guilt

What do I need to bring?

Comfy clothes to move in, a bottle of water and a yoga mat or towel if you have one.

Do I need to be fit or good at yoga?

Not at all. If it’s your very first time and you don’t have a clue you are so welcome to join. Our instructor will gently guide you through the whole practice.

There is no cost at all once you sign up in advance.
