The Community Wellness Event is now accepting applications for our open-air autumn marketplace. Located right off the Katy Trail in the vibrant Oak Lawn/Turtle Creek area, Reverchon Park offers excellent Saturday afternoon foot traffic from local runners, walkers, and park-goers.

Hosted by Spiritual Life Coach Lashonda, the afternoon includes a live interactive coaching workshop and 1–2 crowd-gathering artistic performances. We are keeping this market highly exclusive with a strict cap of only 12 vendors to ensure zero category crossover and maximum visibility for your business.

• Conscious Apparel: Sustainable fashion, yoga wear, crystal jewelry, intentional art.

• Services & Practitioners: Tarot readers, astrologers, reiki healers, mini-coaching sessions.

Vendor Investment

• Exclusive 10x10 Vendor Space: $75.00

Includes an outdoor footprint on the park grounds. Vendors must supply their own 10x10 pop-up tent, tables, and chairs.

Dallas Park Rules & Vendor Logistics

Please read these rules carefully before purchasing your spot. By completing your registration, you agree to comply with all City of Dallas park guidelines:

1. Mandatory Tent Weights: To protect the park grounds and ensure safety, staking anything into the ground is strictly prohibited. Every vendor tent must be secured with heavy weights on all four tent legs (sandbags, concrete blocks, or water jugs).

2. No Vehicle Grass Access: Vehicles are strictly prohibited on the grass. You must park in the designated parking lots or drop-off zones and use a hand truck, dolly, or folding wagon to roll your equipment to your designated spot.

3. No On-Site Electricity: Standard spaces do not have access to electrical outlets. Noisy gas generators are not permitted in order to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the wellness workshop and live performances. Please ensure all display elements or card readers are fully charged.

4. Rain or Shine: This is a rain-or-shine outdoor community market. Because funds are immediately used to secure the city park permits, all vendor fees are non-refundable.

5. Leave No Trace: Vendors are fully responsible for keeping their area clean and packing out their own commercial trash (such as empty boxes and plastic wrap) at the end of the day.

How to Secure Your Spot

1. Select Your Ticket: Click the registration link to pay your $75 vendor fee.

2. Submit Your Details: During checkout, you must provide your Business Name, Instagram Handle/Website, and a detailed description of what you will be selling or offering.

3. Approval & Confirmation: Because we are capping this at 12 vendors, spaces will fill quickly. If your business category is already full or does not align with the spiritual wellness theme, you will be refunded immediately. Approved vendors will receive a complete "Vendor Welcome Packet" with load-in instructions and promotional flyer graphics.
