Investors aren't rejecting your idea; they're pricing your risk. Join Patrick Lemieux to learn how to mitigate risk and raise on your terms
Most startups walk into fundraising conversations focused on their product, their traction, their vision — and wonder why investors still pass. The missing piece isn't the pitch. It's the risk story.
Patrick Lemieux will present a candid look at how investors actually evaluate a round. You'll learn:
- What risks investors are pricing in when they evaluate your startup
- Why valuation and risk are inseparable
- How the amount you raise should map directly to the milestone that gets you your next round
- How to reframe your fundraise around risk mitigation — turning the questions that usually sink a pitch into the reasons investors say yes
Whether you're preparing for a seed round or gearing up for Series A, this session will change how you think about pricing, positioning, and what investors are really evaluating.
