Join our Trainer the Trainer online session designed specifically for IAIP instructors. This virtual class is perfect if you want to sharpen your teaching skills and meet the IAIP Instructor Requirement. This Train the Trainer course (2 hours), available to IAIP members only, is designed to certify individuals who want to teach IAIP courses:

• Certified Leadership Program (CLP) core and renewal courses
• ICAN! Series
• Career Development
• Continuing Education (CE)

The course focuses on instructor delivery methods and will increase your ability to:

• facilitate purposeful, relevant training content
• determine the best process for keeping participants engaged
• manage challenging situations
• contribute to a positive, successful training experience

To become an IAIP Certified Instructor, you must complete this course as an On Demand course or in an instructor led environment and successfully pass an online quiz with a score of 80% or higher.
