Are we allowed to bring our own items ?

Yes you are allowed to bring your own item. There is a different fee depending on if you have a standard item, and deluxe item

How many people are allowed in the photo op ?

Accepted Answer

We allow up to two adults. If you would like to take a group picture it is an additional $25 per person.

Question 3

Are we allowed to take pictures of him signing our items ?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may take a picture of him signing your item, but you must have your camera ready so there are no delays in holding up the line for the other customers.

Are we allowed to do any interviews ?

Accepted Answer

No interviews will be permitted due to time constraints unless you have submitted a written request and have received prior approval.

Will the pre sale price be the same price on the day of the event?

Accepted Answer

No, the pre sale prices will not be the same on the day of the event. We recommend to purchase advance tickets as early as possible

Are there any refunds or exchanges if we miss the signing ?

Accepted Answer

No, there are no refunds or exchanges if you do not line up in time. As long as you are in line between the advertised start times and end times you are guaranteed to meet the talent.
