A Jr. Chef Dinner Experience

Join HDDC + Any Given Supper for an intimate evening of food, mentorship, community and purpose at the historic Hamilton Howell House.

Guests will begin with a pre-dinner cocktail hour featuring signature beverages and passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a chef-curated three-course dinner and an evening celebrating the next generation of culinary talent.

Cocktail Hour + Passed Hors d’Oeuvres: 5:15–6:15 PM
Dinner Seating: 6:15 PM
Dinner Service: 6:30 PM
Evening Concludes: approximately 9:30 PM

Guests are encouraged to arrive between 5:00 and 5:45 PM to enjoy the full pre-dinner experience.

Guests will enjoy a three-course dinner with entrée selections made during checkout:

Dietary restrictions and food allergies may also be submitted during registration.

BEVERAGES

Signature alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages will be available throughout the evening, along with:

Sweet Tea • Lemonade • Water

Alcoholic beverages will be served to guests 21+.

ARRIVAL + VALET

Valet parking will be available.

Final valet location and arrival instructions will be sent directly to registered guests before the event.

ABOUT THE JUNIOR CHEF PROGRAM

Tomorrow’s Table gives young aspiring chefs the opportunity to learn through real culinary and hospitality experiences.

Through hands-on education and professional mentorship, Junior Chefs develop confidence, leadership, responsibility, creativity and practical industry skills — while seeing firsthand what may be possible for their futures.

ABOUT CHEF TREGAYE

Chef Tregaye is the culinary force behind Any Given Supper and its Junior Chef programming.

Through food, mentorship and experiential learning, her work creates opportunities for young people to gain confidence, strengthen life and hospitality skills, and experience the culinary industry beyond the classroom.
