Commercial Real Estate Overview-Sept. 2026

Led by Rob Rose, this CCLF offering covers a broad range of commercial real estate topics including project due diligence, commercial asset classes, real estate valuation, lease structures, debt structures, and exit strategies. This workshop is oriented to community developers considering or curious about commercial development as well as engaged comunity residents interested in activating their commercial corridor. Attendees will pick up theoretical frameworks for approaching a commercial project, and gain experience with some of the tools used for commercial real estate analysis.
