Question 1

Is this experience strictly 18+?

Accepted Answer

Minors under 18 are permitted only with a parent or legal guardian. This experience is designed for adults and can be too frightening for many children.

Question 2

How strict are the time slots on tickets?

Accepted Answer

General Admission tickets now have timed entry to reduce lines and improve everyone's experience! Please show up during your scheduled window. If you are late, while we will do our best to accommodate you, we will give priority to people in those later time slots and reserve the right to deny entry.

Question 3

Are tickets available at the door?

Accepted Answer

Door tickets are generally available in limited supply, but only advance online ticket purchase guarantees entry for that day and is strongly recommended.
