This workshop is open to all men, fathers, sons, partners, professionals, students, and retirees. You don’t need to be in crisis or have a diagnosis to attend. If you’re navigating stress, responsibility, or simply want to be more intentional about your mental well-being, this space is for you.

Do I need to talk or share personal details?

No. Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to listen, reflect, and participate at your own comfort level. There is no pressure to speak.

Is this therapy or group counseling?

No. This is not therapy. It’s a facilitated workshop and discussion space focused on mental wellness, self-awareness, and practical tools for everyday life. If that is something you are interested please contact us.

Who leads the workshops?

Workshops are facilitated by experienced professionals and community practitioners who understand men’s lived experiences and create respectful, judgment-free spaces.

What topics are usually covered?

Topics may include stress management, emotional regulation, mental resilience, relationships, fatherhood, self-care, and navigating life’s pressures as men.

This workshop is free. Registration is required to help us plan and hold space appropriately.

No. Each session stands on its own. You can attend one workshop or return regularly-it’s completely up to you.
