Undomesticated: A Conscious Breath Ceremony is a guided experience using Conscious Connected Breathwork, a trauma-informed practice that invites deeper connection with the body, breath, and your inner experience.

Breath is one of our most instinctive and intimate expressions of being alive. Through conscious connected breathing, we create space to move beyond the thinking mind and into the felt experience of the body—listening to sensation, emotion, rhythm, and the subtle wisdom that lives within us.

At our core, there is something in us that is wild, free, instinctive, and deeply alive. This ceremony is an invitation to reconnect with that part of ourselves—not by becoming something different, but by remembering what has always been there.

Participants will be guided through breath, embodied awareness, and spacious presence, allowing whatever is ready to be felt, moved, released, or experienced to arise naturally.

There is no right way to experience the breath. You are invited to move at your own pace, honor your boundaries, and trust the wisdom of your own body.
