Mindfulness Class in the Seaside Garden with Dr. Nancy Boksenbaum
Come to the Point and awaken your senses with simple mindfulness practices.
A Mindfulness Class at the Seaside Garden with Dr. Nancy Boksenbaum
Friends of Greenwich Point is hosting the second of our annual Fall Mindfulness Series at Greenwich Point on Tuesday, September 29th from 9:30 to 10:30 am.
Greenwich Point is one of the most naturally restorative places in our community and this class is designed to help you experience it fully. Join us for a guided hour of simple mindfulness practices using the Point itself as your teacher: the soundscape, the flora and fauna, and the ground and sky.
You will leave with practical tools to shift your attention with intention, clear your mind, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the power of the present moment - tools you can return to every time you visit the Point and take into your daily life.
All levels are welcome. No prior experience needed.
In the event of inclement weather, class will be held at the Innis Arden Cottage.
Note:
Greenwich Point parking and entry fees apply. Resident Park Passes are required starting May 1 at the Point.
