What happens when life changes in an instant?

In 2022, Morgan Angelique Owens unexpectedly lost her father, Dr. Odell Owens. His passing changed her life in ways she never could have imagined and became the inspiration behind her book, Forever, Changed—a deeply personal story about grief, healing, wellness, and learning how to navigate life after loss.

Now, Morgan is bringing Forever, Changed to women across the country through the Forever, Changed Wellness X Beauty Book Tour—a community-centered experience designed to remind women that taking care of yourself isn't selfish. It's necessary.

WHY IS THIS EVENT FREE?

Because women deserve access to self-care, wellness, community, and healing—regardless of their budget.

Morgan believes that experiences centered around wellness shouldn't only be available to women who can afford expensive memberships, retreats, or luxury wellness experiences. This tour is intentionally FREE to create access and bring women together in a space where they can move, connect, recharge, and pour back into themselves. Thank you to our amazing sponsors!

WHAT TO EXPECT

We'll start the day by getting our bodies moving with a Mat Pilates session. Come ready to stretch, move, sweat, and have fun!

After Pilates, we'll gather for a wellness experience featuring Forever, Changed Wellness Refreshments, beauty and wellness moments, and time to connect with other women in the community.
