Late-Summer Garden Salad - mixed greens, shaved carrot, cucumber ribbons, tomatoes, candied pecans with an apple cider vinaigrette

Chicken Cutlet - breaded & pan fried with duck fat dijonnaise and charred lemon served with grilled vegetables

Vegetarian Harvest Plate - roasted squash on a bed of quinoa pilaf served with grilled vegetables

Dessert Apple Tartine - Warm spiced apples inside of puff pastry
