Agenda

Cool citrus, roasted corn, deep sear and dark cocoa give this menu a rich push and pull between freshness and indulgence. Scallop Aguachile carries clean, briny brightness against smoky, creamy Corn Esquites, while the savory depth of NY Strip gives way to Mexican Chocolate Mousse with dark cocoa, warm spice, and a velvety finish.

La Costa Y Tierra October 11th

Yuzu Hamachi Crudo brings bright citrus, Asian pear and cool crème fraîche into focus, while the Black Garlic French Onion Tartlet turns darker and more savory with caramelized onion and deep umami. Smoked & Seared Duck Breast with Miso-Cherry Gastrique adds richness, smoke and sweet-tart depth, with Black Sesame Profiteroles closing with toasted nuttiness and a lush, creamy finish.
