Are children under 21 allowed?

Adult beverages will be served, therefore this will be a 21+ event.

Question 3

Will there be on site Parking?

Accepted Answer

Only the first 50 VIP tickets will include on site Parking (one per order). Off site Parking for General Admission and other VIP  self-paid parking options will be available.

Do I have to come in Western attire?

No, anything goes, but we would encourage it!

What kind of Food & Drinks will be availablle?

Accepted Answer

The Elks Lodge Grill will offer Food and the Bars will offer Beer/Wine and specialty Spirits for purchase.  Food truck vendors will offer additional options for purchase.

Will ticket costs increase as the event draws near.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ticket pricing will increase after September 15, 2026, so get your tickets early. Proceeds of the event will be donated to vetted Elks Charities.

What will the VIP ticket package consist of?

The VIP Package will include on site Parking for the first 50 Vehicles (one per order), Food & Drink samplings from Elks Sponsors, and the use of VIP Restrooms.

May I request a refund?

All sales are final unless otherwise approved by the 125th Events Committee.

Will there be Merchandise for Sale?

Yes, custom made Merchandise will be for sale at the event.

May I bid remotely on Silent Auction items?

Accepted Answer

No, you must be present day of to participate in the Silent Auction.

May I donate to the Silent Auction?

Accepted Answer

Auction donations will be reviewed be the 125th Event Committee on a case-by-case basis.

Question 12

Will this event be cancelled due to inclimate weather?

Accepted Answer

The 125th Committee will be tracking the weather forecast closely. Refunds will only be considered 7 days prior if the event has to be cancelled.

Question 13

Will there be on site Handicapped Parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, only those with Disabled placards will be permitted to park on site in designated Handicapped spaces on a first come, first served basis.

Will tickets be discounted for Elks Lodge Members?

Accepted Answer

No, but take advantage of Early Bird pricing through September 15, 2026 as we are offering a 10% discount for a Pair (2) of General Admission tickets.  The first 50 VIP tickets purchased will include on-site parking at the Elks Lodge. Ticket costs will increase the closer we get to the event.
